God Turns a Myriad of Circumstances into My Victory

Updated: Sep 22, 2022

But you, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head. I cried aloud to the Lord, and he answered me from his holy hill. (Psalms 3:3-4, ESV).

In times like these, there always seems to be some form of challenge many are going through. It’s as if you’re being pulled in all directions but accomplishing nothing. You feel as though most don’t understand your plight and those that do make little of what is happening. They say you need to get over it and move on. Beloved, God knows you are having a difficult time. Likewise, you are dealing with; a myriad of; circumstances and overwhelming emotional pain. Like Job, as someone tells you about one horrible incident, another person comes along with something even worse. (Job 1:6-12). You ask yourself, how much can one human take? Haven’t I suffered enough? So why won’t God change my situation and make everything better?

Here’s the thing, my Friend. The Lord knows all about what you are going through, and He sympathizes with you. He feels what you are feeling, so Beloved, whatever hurts you, hurts Him before it touches you. Still, He does not always calm the storms in your life because He is trying to calm the storm raging inside of you. You think you are fine and keep telling everybody; I’m good!” Truth be told, you’re about to fall apart, and God needs you to realize He is your strength when you are at your weakest. (2 Corinthians 12:10). So, don’t give up!

During this horrific season, He is making you stronger to overcome challenges you haven’t even experienced nor ever thought you could withstand. The best part is the Lord will not leave you by yourself. He is there right now, with you, and sending you encouragement from the most unlikely sources. You may not feel like it now, but you are resilient! Everything will be all right! God is mightier than any giant that fights against you. With Him as your shield, you are victorious because the battle belongs to the Lord. And guess what? God always wins!

I pray the musical selection, Why Not Now by Influence Music and Matt Gilman stir your heart to believe in a miracle.
