SITE DIRECTOR - AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM - Aug. 1985
Worked with the leaders of Orange Housing Authority and residents of Walter G. Alexander Complex to restore hope within the community which was plagued by drug addicts, violence, hopelessness, and despair.
Executed a plan with the residents and several leaders of the Community which brought awareness of the unhumanly unsafe living conditions.
Organized a Bible Study with the late Mother Martha Sheldon which was conducted in her apartment.
Wrote letters to President Bill Clinton and NJ State Senators - Served as a liaison at the monthly community meetings.
Orchestrated an exclusive meeting and met with the Executive Director of OHA with key residents in my apartment which lead to change and improvement.
We witness God change and transform lives - The community was restored - renewed and rejuvenated.
As Site Director, successfully organized and implemented the overall operations of the program. Assisted children in the completion of homework, collaborated with the Principal, Teachers, and parents to improve relationships and academic outcome, taking students on fun and exciting field trips.
At the completion of the program, a special ceremony service was held in honor of the children. The Attendance included the Executive Director of OHA alone with other Community/Business Officials.
Each child received an award for their outstanding achievements.
OHA acknowledged me with a Certificate Of Appreciation for Developing and Initiating exceptional performance as Site Director.

Inter-Faith Community Ensemble
Supervised and Managed operations of the choir. Balance customers account with confidentiality while preparing financial statements and bank reconciliations.
Scheduled and arranging of appointments - writing company newsletter.
The Ensemble traveled throughout the tri-state area proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ in psalms while gaining a large populace, demand, and recognition across the region
Participated in McDonald's yearly's Gospel Fest, coming in first place in the mid-1980's
Accomplished a Studio Recording
