Do you understand the concept of a self-fulfilling prophecy? The more you believe certain expectations to become a reality, they are more likely to happen. So, every time you say I can’t, you won’t. Each time you make negative declarations, you are willing something awful to take place. Ask yourself if what you are saying is aligned with what God thinks of you? He said He has good plans for you and your well-being, to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)
My Friend, do you want everything to turn out for your good or the bad? Even scripture encourages us that all things work out for our good for those who love Him and are called according to God’s purpose. (Romans 8:28). Dear Friend, why would anybody believe everything contradictory to what the Bible says? Maybe it is because all their lives they have heard, you are not good enough. It is possible, difficulties changed the trajectory of their life. Whatever your reason is, Beloved, Philippians 4:13 says, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. This World of truth is a constant reminder that Christ has equipped us to be ready for anything because He gives us the resilience to overcome. We are not invincible or immune from a season of hardship. Neither will we experience the goodness of God without some form of pain. But our reverence and trust in the Lord empower us with His power to press on because, through Him, we can do all things.
Dear One, the next time you doubt yourself, remember if God didn’t think you could master those capabilities and skills, He would never have blessed you with them. Move out of your way and into the Lord’s plan and purpose. He is ready to do the unthinkable through you. Beloved, you have the potential to turn that trajectory by declaring what God’s Word says of you.
