Counting on God to Come Through Again

Letting my history with God resonate louder than the voices of doubt!
Letting my history with God resonate louder than the voices of doubt!

God turned the Red Sea into a glorious waterfall to provide a safe passage to the Israelites. (Exodus 14:10-31, AMP). He furnished a continual flow of flour and oil for the widow and her son, supplying them enough to eat for many days. (1 Kings 17:8-16). He formed a replica of a poisonous snake for the people of Israel to behold for healing. (Numbers 21:8-9). The sun stood still, and the moon stayed in place so Israel could defeat their enemies. (Joshua 10:13-14). These are all ridiculous miracles God performed.

They sound hard to believe for some and a constant reminder of hope for others. What has God done for you? What does your history with Him look like? Does it include stories of victory over defeat? What about supernatural deliverance from the most unlikely time of your life? Did he pardon you when you should have been found guilty?

Dear One, do these questions stir a remembrance in your heart of a time when God delivered you from your struggles, hardships, and impossible situations? So, why are you doubting Him? Does the current climate scare you? Does it make you doubt God’s ability to come through again? God’s undeniable records are all we need to know what He will do. Sweet Jesus, can a book even contain everything He has done for me? His past actions inspire me to trust Him for what He will do in th future. (Psalms 126:4-6)

Recently, an EKG showed signs of thickness around my heart, so my cardiologist ordered me to take a myocardial perfusion rest and stress test on April 8, 2025. Though I have not heard from him, I am sure that had there been any major issues, the doctor who performed the test would not have allowed me to leave the facility at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. Likewise, I received the results, and from my understanding, my heart is healthy. Lord, my soul cries out in praise!

Besides, my ability to run, dance, and worship God in spirit and truth would be impossible if God did not keep my heart functioning properly. My Friend, I believe in divine health and healing because God is faithful to His promises. Some of those are conditional, and when we obey Him and make every effort to stay healthy, He works all things out for our greater good. The same God who worked miracles for Israel continues to do the same for us. Let your astounding history with Him resonate louder than those voices of doubt. (Joshua 23:14; Romans 8:28).

I pray the musical selection, The Greatest Name by Planetshakers and Darlene Zschech stirs your heart.
