Most of us would leap for joy knowing there is an after this season, life will be better. The thing is, this pandemic has left many hopeless and bitter. Still, we can look for a future filled with hope and possibilities. Jeremiah 29:11, ESV; encourages us that this is what God plans for us. He will never harm anybody, or leave us without a victorious future. Still, during a relentless time of hardships, unexpected challenges, and an economy that keeps getting worse, hoping for something better seems bleak and impossible. Beloved, your response in such a time as this determines your outcome. Nobody welcomes seasons of suffering that fill you with discouragement and despair. Though Scripture warns you of such moments when they linger; and take away your sense of serenity, it may be hard to keep believing. (John 16:33). Still, you want to see impossible doors open. You need prayers to turn around for your good; so, it encourages others.
My Friend, be encouraged because God always has an after this battle, you will see the salvation of the Lord. He will fight your battles and defeat the enemy. When this sickness is over, you will come out healed and resilient. After the layoff, everything you ever wanted from a job is yours because you did not go through this for naught. After the residue of the pandemic is over, you shall reap a mighty harvest than you had before it began. So, let faith arise despite what it looks and feels. Beloved, I proclaim, despite these horrible circumstances and the pain, this too will pass. These days are not going to last forever because the Lord has a future filled with His promises that you cannot contain. (Romans 8:27-28). So much is coming your way, there is more than enough to bless countless others. God makes the rest of your life, the best of your life.
