Out of the Winds, Newness Begins

We know March as a windy month. And two nights ago, even yesterday in the area I live, the winds were high. One thing about such a natural movement, they can cause you to turn in a particular direction. It’s what this virus has done for many. This month marks one year since the quarantine. Like a strong boisterous storm, it has changed the trajectory of many. Perhaps, if we look at this from a fresh perspective, we will see it may be pushing us toward something that will turn out for our good. (Romans 8:28).

Newness shall surface from this season of uncertainty because God makes all things new. (Revelations 21:5). The blast from the wind may transport you onto the part of a new career. Within the flurry, someone can discover a hidden talent they never knew existed. Maybe the whirlwind blows your heart in the direction to get past the pain of your past. In the gust, you’ll recognize what matters most and bring you closer to those you hold dear. The force of the gale could help you face the truth, even if it hurts, and redirects you to acknowledge who God created you to be. Never underestimate how something you’ve never experienced can birth a new beginning and be the answer for a change.

Are you ready to change how you see things and trust what God sees? Explain why or why not.
