Beloved, Jesus loved you so much; if you had been the only person on earth, He still would have died for you. My, how special you are! He thinks the world of you, though you fall short. He's not asking you to measure up to someone's unrealistic standards. Neither does He expects you to love Him before He accepts you. Christ left the 99 alone to rescue you. (Luke 15:3-7, AMP). The thought of you wandering in the wilderness with no hope of survival hurts his heart. The wolves want to devour you. Sin desires to enthrall and takes you far from His presence. Besides, Jesus has some extraordinary plans for you. (Jeremiah 29:11). Whatever you have done won't keep Him away from you. It is for that very reason Christ has to find you.
So, the Lord is on the prowl for you. He won't stop until the clutches of the world release you. It is not His desire that anyone is lost, but everybody comes to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9). He sends the Body of Christ on a mission. "Now you [collectively] are Christ's body and individually [you are] are members of it, [each with its own special function and purpose]." (1Corinthians 12:27). Their assignment is to love.and encourage you so your eyes are opened to who He is, and you become who He knows you are.
I pray the song, Reckless Love by Cory Asbury stirs your heart.
