God’s Justice Prevails

The Lord gives righteousness and justice to all who are treated unfairly. (Psalms 103:6, NLT).

This country can be unfair. Not everyone regards everybody’s as human beings. Such people don’t receive the same opportunities, though they’re qualified, either. It has led to the outcry for justice and those who oppose racism. This scripture is the best antidote to such maltreatment, discrimination, and prejudice. Beloved, never retaliate when someone treats you as if you’re inferior. Yes, I believe in fighting for one’s rights; but do so with honor and dignity. Even the Bible says we can be angry, but do not sin. “Be angry [at sin—at immorality, at injustice, at ungodly behavior], yet do not sin; do not let your anger [cause you shame, nor allow it to] last until the sun goes down.” (Ephesians 4:26, AMP).

We don’t pretend as if nothing happened and treats it as a minor offense. How we respond determines who we are. Protect peace and justice. Use your voice to speak out about injustice, but do so with passion and kindness. Write your column or blog; spread truth and not ignite anger and feed misinformation. I am a writer and I realize the words I express have creative power. So, I show the truth in love. I’m making sure God speaks through my words. Don’t manipulate social media as a tool to stir up more hatred, animosity, and violence. God is a righteous Judge. He will see that any injustice turns in your favor. Trust Him, Beloved!

Jesus, thank You for coming to serve and not to be served. You feed the hungry, stood by the widows and orphans. (Isaiah 1:17). You step forward for those treated unequally. Father, we shall follow Your example and do good, do justice, and walk humbly before You. (Micah 6:8). We will go and move into action. We shall do the contrary and turning the world upside down through our boldness to stand for what is right and detest that which is evil. (Acts 17:6-7; Romans 12:9). God of the Angel Armies. Amen.

I pray the song; God of Justice by Tom Hughes stirs your heart because we must go and move in action and be righteous despite the consequences.
