Choose Faith Over Fear

When the righteous cry [for help], the Lord hears And rescues them from all their distress and troubles. (Psalms 34:17, AMP)
Absolutely beautiful and empowering word. When life becomes difficult, it is the best time to put faith on display! Let the world hear you boast about your faith in God as you persevere through those challenges. Declare the promises of God while remaining faithful and watch Him give you the victory! Because victory belongs to those who are faithful.
If today feels hard, remember you have already overcome to get here. Last week, you made it through by making unexpected decisions. You faced challenges with grace and dignity, and that posture you took encouraged others. The struggles you faced last year should have made you give up. However, you recalled what God had done in the past and believed He would do it again. Instead of blaming the Lord, you praised Him in the storm, and your faith in Him anchored your soul.
Yet, here you are, today stronger than yesterday, and guess what? You will be even stronger tomorrow. Dear One, God brought you through before; He will bring you through again. He is the same yesterday, tomorrow, and forevermore. (Joshua 14:11; Hebrews 13:8). This may look scary and feel even more intense, but still, it is not for us to look into the future; God can.
He is with you now and already in tomorrow. He sees the end before the beginning and has gone before you and prepared a feast right in the sight of your enemies. He lifts your head from despair while pouring the oil of praise over you. Your cup is already overflowing with His goodness and unfailing love. These precious blessings are assigned to follow you all the days of your life, while you dwell in His presence forever. (Psalms 23:5-6, ESV). Dear One, choose faith over fear because it is already a done deal!
