You’re Responsible for Your Wellness
Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually]. (3 John 1:2, AMP).
Beloved, give yourself the best of care. Make sure every aspect of your life is in good health. Keep a watchful eye on your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being. The body, mind, and spirit release warning signals of impending problems. Sometimes, we neglect them until it worsens and causes a severe effect on our body. Here are seven pertinent tips to encourage you to maintain your wellness.
1. Attend routine check-ups and eat nutritious meals.
2. Keep your mind healthy by observing what you think and speak.
3. Be aware of repetitive behaviors that keep you bound to doing things the same way while expecting a different outcome.
4. Maintain good relationships because the people we spend time with have a tremendous effect on our life. Surround yourself with those who encourage you to experience a victorious life.
5. Be accountable for your actions because blaming others doesn’t help you enjoy life.
6. Sync your heart with God’s so you’ll live out His plan and purpose He designed for you.
Keep a watchful eye over your life.
